Create a landlord account for rentals or a seller account for a home you're selling. Once your email is confirmed and your account is approved, add the property, its units or price, photos and amenities, and choose whether to show it on the website.

Every new account confirms its email address and is then reviewed by the Ap-rem team before it can sign in. Listings show who they're from, an owner, a landlord or an agent.

By M-Pesa, bank or cash, using their phone number as the account number. Your landlord records the payment and it's applied to your oldest unpaid invoice first. You can see your invoices and payments in your tenant dashboard.

Yes. When you list a property you choose whether renters can call you or only message you through Ap-rem, and whether the website shows the exact address or just the area.
